BGC's School-Aged Flyers Program for Boys

BGC’s Flyers Boy’s Program will involve learning basic gymnastics on all six events, trampoline, foam pit and ropes. They will also work on speed, agility, hand eye coordination, strength and flexibility. The goal of our program is to create a solid foundation for any sport your son chooses to do. Boy’s gymnastics is great alone and an excellent supplemental activity to partner with other sports.
